Little Machines, LLC produces O2M (Outlook 2 Mac), which is probably the most highly-regarded way to convert Microsoft Windows Outlook email, calendar and contact information so that it can be imported into Apple's Mail, Address Book, and iCal applications. Please note that O2M is a Windows program, not a Macintosh program. It runs on Windows and produces files that can be imported by Apple Mail, Address Book, and iCal.
